I was recently enriching my Pinterest board on teen researchers, scientists, and inventors:
That was when I stumbled on ReefQuest, a citizen science marine stewardship and sustainability project founded by 14-year-old Dylan Vecchione, who, along the way, happened to invent some new ways to process, gather, and share the needed information, including robots. Now how cool is that?! AND he gave a TEDx talk, and he’s collaborating with various schools and Makerspaces … I mean, really. This makes every geek nerve I have start tingling.
